Let’s take it from the beginning

Do employee benefits really need to be complicated? In 2004, three friends in Gothenburg, Sweden, put their heads together to develop an HR technology solution that would reinvent how modern employers engage with their employees.

The company was first named Flexpay and, ten years later, was renamed Benify. Today, Benify has thousands of customers and millions of users worldwide.

We are proudly independent with a flat hierarchy. We are flexible and agile with over 250 problem solvers in our product and development team.

Benify’s award-winning global benefits management technology offers a truly mobile experience. Our platform is highly customisable and offers an in-built data mapping tool as well as powerful filtering capabilities. Our easy to use communication engine allows administrators to easily connect with end-users at various touchpoints.

Benify took home the award for the Compensation & Benefits category at the HR Excellence Awards in Berlin 2017 together with our customer L’Oreal.

Certification according to ISO 27001

We take information security seriously and have been certified according to ISO 27001, which is an international standard for information security management systems. The certification is a quality and security stamp which means that Benify meets the requirement standards and works preventively with the protection of sensitive information.
