How does Benify get information about which benefits are most popular?
We analyse user data — of course, completely anonymously — from everyone using the portal. Secondly, we conduct a comprehensive survey each year called Förmånskollen (Benefits Check), which is also done anonymously, where both employees and HR managers can answer questions about benefits, their satisfaction, engagement and communication.
